Walking through my local park yesterday, I felt uplifted by the early signs of spring – some cheery narcissi, daffodil buds here and there, and a beautiful blanket of purple crocuses. Spring is such an inspiring season, a time for new beginnings, a time of growth. So it is with business - spring is the perfect time to nurture your business and plant seeds for the future. Of course, for the seedlings to really flourish, weeds and debris must be cleared away. Just as with our houses and gardens, it’s a good idea to carry out a spring clean of our businesses and clear out the clutter.
