​Admin support on a pay-as-you-go basis, as and when you need it. This is ideal for one-off jobs or as a trial to find out how I can make a difference to your business. Charged by the hour (in 15-minute increments after the first hour) with no ongoing commitment and invoiced weekly. See prices below.

Retainers

 

A retainer contract for ongoing regular support is the most cost-effective way for us to work together as it allows you to budget monthly, comes with a discount, and will guarantee my availability. The longer we work together, the more I will understand your business and so be able to provide greater value. During our initial discovery session, we can assess your requirements and agree on the number of hours you need. After a month, we can re-adjust the hours, if necessary. Different package options are listed below but I'm also happy to work out a custom retainer to fit your needs. Retainer packages must be paid monthly, in advance. Please note that retainers include briefing times and do not carry over from month to month unless otherwise agreed. See prices below.

 

Bespoke projects and websites

 

Project and website rates are calculated according to the information you provide in the initial discovery call and will depend on the estimated time the project will take to complete. A deposit of 50% must be paid in advance of any work being carried out with the balance being paid once the work has been completed unless otherwise agreed.
